We also can provide appraisals on generic appraisal forms for non-secondary market and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac appraisals.
 
 Our fees are below most national companies starting at $400 for most 1004 URAR appraisals. We can customize our pricing for high volume clients or price per report for single order clients. Contact us so we can save you and your customers money.
 
 We also have the ability to supply commercial and farm appraisals through most of Kentucky. These are priced per report as commercial and farm appraisals can vary greatly.
 
 Credit Card Policy
 There are no returns or refunds. A partial refund can be made if order is cancelled prior to completion.
